@sol.flowyoga
With a welcoming, grounding, and encouraging presence, Cassidy creates space for students to both feel supported and think beyond the expected. Her approach blends guidance with curiosity to empower each person to explore their practice in a way that’s uniquely their own.
A 500-hour certified instructor, also trained in Yoga Sculpt and Power Yoga, she is passionate about helping students build confidence, whether they step into teaching or simply deepen their personal practice.
Having once come to this program during a time of personal transition, she followed a call to reconnect with yoga… and found something far greater. What began as growth for herself has evolved into a path of guiding others.
Cassidy's philosophy is simple: invest in what moves you. The rest unfolds from there.

@mar.sat8
