A Journey of Our Own

Since 2019, Elements has been creating transformational experiences in beautiful and meaningful places around the world.

What began as yoga & wellness retreats has continued to evolve through our experiences of nature, culture, spirituality, community, art, and sacred place.

Every destination has shaped us. Every group has taught us something. Every journey has helped reveal what Elements is becoming.

We are grateful to everyone who has trusted us to be part of their journey.

We are grateful to be on this journey with you!

Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica

Sacred Valley, Peru

Our journey into Peru marked a significant step in the evolution of Elements.

Surrounded by ancient landscapes, sacred sites, mythology, living traditions, and communities whose relationship with the land continues today, we began exploring a deeper question:

What happens when travel becomes a path to transformation?

This journey brought together many of the elements that now shape our work: sacred place, living culture, meaningful connection, art, history, mythology, and the opportunity to give back to the people, places, and communities that welcome us.

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES

Our journey is still unfolding.

Today, we are drawn toward places where history, mythology, culture, art, nature, and living spiritual traditions invite us to see the world differently.

We travel in small groups, with curiosity and intention, seeking experiences that connect us more deeply to the places we visit, the people we encounter, and to one another.

We don't simply want to see more of the world.

We want to allow the world to change the way we see.

And perhaps, to return home changed.
